What is the value of a property?!

Buying or selling a house or an apartment is one of the most essential decisions in ones life! A valuation is a certainty for buyer and seller. A fair value is the basis for your planning.

Example:
In case you want to buy a new property and sell your current house, you will get an idea of the price by a detailed estimation. The price is the personal capital for your new property.

We are able to estimate the value of your property in a realistic and respectable valuation. Many real estate broker offer a valuation free of charge. In our opinion, a valuation of free is worthless.

Please ask for an offer for a written or verbal valuation of your property as well as a valuation for judicial purposes.

In case you submit us the sole agency for selling your property, the valuation is for free!

Energy certificate

In case of selling or renting a property your are obliged to present an energy certificate to the buyer/tenant.

Two types of energy certificate are common. Depending on the age and the condition of the building the certificates basis is the ernergy consumption calculated by the last three invoices or the examination of building details.

Your advantage:
We are working with a certified energy advisor, who checks the data befor releaising the certificate. We are collecting the building datas at the property and not only at our office desk.
